Pinout

Note
  • This page lists the pinout of the FLY-E3-PRO motherboard after flashing Klipper firmware. The pin numbers are based on the motherboard schematic.
  • UART/CS is the driver communication pin: used as UART when using TMC2209, and as chip select CS when using SPI drivers such as TMC5160. The same pin is multiplexed.
  • EN is the enable pin. In Klipper configuration, it is typically active low (with ! prefix in enable_pin).
  • DIAG is the driver diagnostic signal pin. If the correspondence is not listed in the table on this page, refer to the actual pinout of the motherboard and the product documentation.

The current table does not list the endstop correspondence for the driver DIAG pins. Both the endstops and the probe table show - for Corresponding Driver DIAG. Before configuring endstop homing, refer to the actual pinout of the motherboard and the product documentation.

Supported Thermistor Types

The thermistor ports support NTC thermistors (100K) by default. It is recommended to configure sensor_type as Generic 3950.

K-type thermocouples, PT100, etc., require additional signal conversion chips and cannot be connected directly to the thermistor ports.

  • The EXP header is commonly used for displays like the Mini12864 or other expansion peripherals.
  • If a pin is already occupied by SPI, UART, endstop, fan, or other functions, do not configure it again for an EXP peripheral.
