Katapult Firmware Description

Tip
  • ERCF V2 supports CAN, RS232, USB
  • Only CAN firmware is provided here, with rates of 500K and 1M

Entering Flash Mode

Tip

The circled area is the BOOT button

  • To enter flash mode, completely power off the motherboard, hold down the BOOT button, then connect one end of a TYPE-C cable with data transmission capability to the motherboard and the other end to the host computer

Flashing Firmware

  • Katapult firmware for ERCF V2
  • You can obtain the firmware via the following link:
  • The firmware is located at
FLY-Firmware/ToolBoard/ERCF
  • Prepare a data cable with data transmission functionality
  • Download the firmware to the computer
  • Connect the BOOT jumper, or press and hold the BOOT button while connecting to the computer, then the RPI-RP2 disk will appear

  • Remove the BOOT jumper or release the button!!!
  • Copy the firmware to be flashed into it. Please note that only firmware with the UF2 file extension can be used!!! (Do not modify the file extension; it is ineffective)

  • After copying the firmware, the RPI-RP2 disk will disappear automatically, indicating that the firmware flashing is complete!

Confirming Firmware Startup

  • If the firmware starts up normally, the LED will begin to blink
