BL Firmware

Tip
  • Please note that the factory has already pre-flashed the bootloader, so there is no need to flash it again.
  • For regular firmware updates, please prioritize using the USB firmware or USB bridge CAN firmware pages. Do not repeatedly flash the BL firmware.

Entering Flash Mode

Power Off Operation

Before starting, completely shut down the printer and disconnect the power supply. Do not plug or unplug wiring harnesses, organize interface wiring sequences, or touch terminals while the device is powered.

  • There are two methods to enter flash mode.
  • First method: With the motherboard completely powered off, use a jumper cap to connect BOOT and BOOT1, then connect one end of a data-capable cable to the motherboard and the other end to the computer.
  • The second method involves reset timing, which is not recommended for ordinary users to perform on their own. If after-sales support requires this method, please follow the steps provided by after-sales support.

Notice

To ensure successful STM32 flashing, please note the following:

  • The USB port on some computers may cause unstable flashing due to driver or signal compatibility issues. It is recommended to try a different USB port for connection.
  • If changing ports does not work, an effective solution is to connect via an external USB hub, which often improves compatibility.
  • When the flashing software reports the error shown below, please also prioritize trying a USB hub. If the issue persists, check or use the host computer for flashing.
