  • FLY DFU-AUTO is a single-file software (approximately 26 MB). After downloading, run it directly—no installation is required.
  • If the device is not recognized on first use, click Install Driver within the software to complete the driver installation (administrator privileges are required).

Usage Instructions​

  1. Connect the device to your computer using a Type-C cable, and put the device into DFU flashing mode (refer to the firmware flashing documentation for your specific device on how to enter this mode).
  2. Open FLY DFU-AUTO—the software will automatically detect and list DFU devices. Once the device is successfully recognized, Select Device will display the device name, VID:PID, and serial number, and the Driver Status will turn green, indicating the driver is ready.

  1. If the driver status shows unavailable, click Install Driver, follow the prompts to complete the installation with administrator privileges, and then reconnect the device.
  2. Click Browse... to select the .bin firmware file to be flashed.
  3. Confirm the flash address (default is 0x08000000, with optional offsets presets from 2KB to 128KB as needed) and flash options (Force Erase, Restart After Flashing, USB Reset).
  4. Click Start Flashing, and monitor the flashing progress in the Run Log area below.
  5. To flash multiple devices consecutively, check Auto Flash. After each device's flashing is complete, simply reconnect it to automatically begin the next round.

In the software, you can view the version number and build time via the menu Help → About.

Interface Language​

The software supports Chinese and English interface languages. The first launch will automatically select the language based on the system language. To switch, click the Language menu in the menu bar and select the desired language—the change takes effect immediately.

Flash Option Descriptions​

OptionDescription
Force ErasePerforms a mass-erase of the entire chip before flashing. Suitable for scenarios where the chip needs to be completely cleared.
Restart After FlashingSends a leave command and disconnects after flashing is complete, and the device restarts automatically (some devices may show a disconnect prompt, which is normal).
USB ResetPerforms a USB reset (-R) after flashing is complete, causing the device to re-enumerate.
Auto FlashAfter flashing is complete, waits for the device to disconnect and be reconnected, then automatically begins the next round of flashing. Ideal for consecutive flashing of multiple devices.
Notes
  • Firmware files only support the .bin format. Please do not select files in other formats.
  • Driver installation requires administrator privileges. The software will prompt you to restart with administrator permissions.
  • On some computers, USB ports may cause unstable flashing due to driver or signal compatibility issues. It is recommended to try a different USB port for connection; if changing ports does not help, connect via an external USB hub.
  • Do not disconnect the USB connection or close the software during the flashing process to avoid flashing failures.
